Top Of The Hour PAL (Scheduled)

This PAL is for stations that may have a program that’s over an hour long and you do not want the Top Of The Hour PAL to end that show. This PAL has to be scheduled on the hour that you want it to run.

Ex. If you want this to run at 2:00 PM, then you must schedule an event to run this PAL at 2:00 PM
