[added] **Loudness normalization** — generated announcements are now measured for integrated loudness (ITU-R BS.1770-4) after each generation. The `bs1770` and `loudness` values in RadioDJ's database are updated automatically, so RadioDJ applies the correct gain at playout. Eliminates level variance between generations and level mismatch against the music library.

[added] **Loudness target setting** — a configurable LUFS target in Settings (default -16.0) lets station managers match their music library's normalization standard. Typical values: -16.0 broadcast, -14.0 streaming, -23.0 EBU R128.
